  Sock-line bands represent a post-traumatic phenomenon associated with tight socks. They are usually hyperpigmented, asymptomatic, horizontal lines, located mainly between the knee and the ankle. Normally run a benign course, and don't need any treatment.
  We present a new case of a this recently described entity.
